This commercial project in Kiseke, Mwanza demonstrates Waterway Company Limited’s ability to deliver large-scale pool construction with precision and durability.

The residence required two identical skimmer pools capable of supporting both adults and young swimmers. To meet this, our engineers designed a dual-depth layout (1.0m shallow, 2.0m deep) offering safety, versatility, and comfort.

The construction involved reinforced concrete shell work, high-quality waterproofing, premium pool tiling, and installation of a modern skimmer system optimized for consistent water level and filtration.

Both pools were engineered to withstand the climatic conditions of Mwanza — including humidity, dust, and seasonal temperature changes — ensuring long-term performance.

Additional safety and usability measures were integrated for children’s sections, while the overall design promotes smooth circulation, easy maintenance, and efficient water turnover.
